At The Why Files, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't uncover the truth you were looking for, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our lab, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
